What Does the Emergency First Aid at Work Cover?
- Role and responsibilities of a first aider

You’ll receive your digital certificate within 48 working hours once you’ve completed and passed the course. Printed copies may take up to 14 working days. If you need proof sooner, we can email confirmation to your employer. Certificates are only issued on full completion, so if you leave midway, please contact us to rearrange.

The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course covers essential skills like CPR, defibrillator use, and treating minor injuries, ideal for low-risk workplaces. The 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) course offers more in depth training, including managing serious injuries and medical conditions, making it suitable for higher-risk organisations.
This is a one-day course running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with breaks included:
- 10:30 AM – 15-minute break
- 12:00 PM – 30-minute lunch
- 2:30 PM – 15-minute break
- 4:00 PM - Course finish (unless alternative timings are arranged)
